Service Advisor, Sales Executive, Technician

Key Responsibilities:·      Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.

·      Understand and record customer complaints accurately.

·      Open job cards and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

·      Explain service details, costs, and estimated delivery times to customers.

·      Conduct vehicle inspections during check-in and delivery.

·      Maintain regular communication with customers about job status and approvals.

·      Ensure all jobs are completed as per company quality standards.

·      Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.

·      Promote additional services, AMC, and accessories whenever applicable.

·      Maintain proper documentation and reports as per company guidelines.
