Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator with experience or knowledge in the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) industry to manage service schedules, customer coordination, and technical support tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, technically inclined, and capable of coordinating with field engineers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate preventive and breakdown service visits for UPS systems

Maintain service records, AMC contracts, and warranty details

Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests efficiently

Assign and follow up with field service engineers for timely issue resolution

Coordinate spare part requirements and inventory with the logistics team

Prepare and share service reports, quotations, and follow-ups with clients

Support sales/service teams with data, documents, and client communication

Ensure proper documentation of service jobs in CRM or Excel

📌 Requirements:

• Diploma or Graduate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in UPS or power electronics industry
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to coordinate between teams and manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of UPS systems is an added advantage
