Job Title: Service Coordinator Location: Karnataka Service Warehouse

Department: After Sales / Service Operations

Job Summary :We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Coordinator to join our Karnataka Service Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mobile technology, with solid hands-on experience in mobile hardware/software troubleshooting, quality checking, and reporting. You will serve as the key liaison between the service warehouse, service centers, and management, ensuring smooth operations and high service quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily service operations at the Karnataka Service Warehouse.
  • Handle warranty and in-warranty product inspections, defect identification, and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing devices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with service centers and backend teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports using MS Excel and internal systems.
  • Monitor and report warehouse performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure technical standards are met in all service and repair activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Support service improvement initiatives and help implement best practices.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and logistics coordination when required.
  • Qualifications:Graduation in any stream or a diploma/technical course in Electronics, Mobile Servicing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a mobile service center or warehouse environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Android mobile hardware and software.
  • Good understanding of warranty/in-warranty processes.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:Experience with OPPO or other mobile brand service operations.
  • Familiarity with mobile service diagnostic tools.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and logistics management.
  • Work Conditions:Full-time position
  • On-site work at Karnataka Service Warehouse
  • Occasional travel to local service centers or meetings may be required
