Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer with around 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of [equipment/machines/systems] at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:·        Install, commission, and test [equipment/machinery/systems] as per company standards.

·        Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.

·        Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly at customer locations or remotely.

·        Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and safety.

·        Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation of all activities.

·        Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, R&D) for technical issues and feedback.

·        Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

·        Manage spare parts inventory and report requirements proactively.

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional service delivery.

Required Qualifications &

Skills:·        Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

·        Experience: Minimum 1years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.

·        Good knowledge of [industry-specific systems/equipment].

·        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

·        Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
