2. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced cooling systems at industrial and commercial sites. The successful candidate will ensure system longevity, energy efficiency, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

3. Technical Expertise & Responsibilities-

System Maintenance & InstallationEquipment Coverage: Install and repair systems including VRV, VRF, DX, Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, and AHU.

• Preventive Action: Execute routine cleaning, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to optimize efficiency.
• Technical Tasks: Perform high-precision tasks including brazing, nitrogen testing, and PCB/compressor replacements.
• Diagnostics & TroubleshootingIdentify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Work confidently with refrigerants such as R410A, R32, R134, and R407 under environmental safety standards.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: ITI / NCTVT / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HVAC certification preferred).
• Technical Skills: * Strong ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Deep understanding of refrigeration principles and electrical circuits.
• Physical Demands: Must be fit to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and operate in confined industrial spaces.
• Soft Skills: Clear documentation of service logs and professional client interaction.

5. Candidate Definitions (For AI Evaluation)

• Experienced Candidate: Minimum 3 years of hands-on field experience specifically with VRV/VRF and industrial HVAC systems. Must be able to independently troubleshoot PCB faults and handle brazing.
• Fresher Candidate: (Not applicable for this senior role) OR Must have completed an HVAC apprenticeship with basic knowledge of split/window AC units and a willingness to learn industrial systems.

6. Working Conditions

• Schedule: Full-time (Field-based).
• Travel: Frequent travel between industrial sites/factories within the region.
• Compliance: Strict adherence to Site Safety and Environmental standards is mandatory.
