Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall service workshop operations and daily workflow
- Lead, train, and monitor service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery
- Monitor job cards, productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Ensure compliance with OEM, safety, and quality standards
- Plan manpower, shifts, leave, and training requirements
- Control workshop costs, warranty claims, and repeat repair issues
- Coordinate with spares, insurance, and sales departments
