Service Manager

Technician (Two-Wheelers)

📝 Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our service team at Avanish Motors, a trusted Suzuki and Vespa dealership for two-wheelers.

1. Service Manager

• Oversee daily workshop operations and service flow
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor quality of repairs and service standards
• Manage service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
• Coordinate with parts and warranty departments
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Achieve service revenue targets and maintain profitability
• Report to higher management on service KPIs

2. Technician

• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Suzuki & Vespa two-wheelers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensure quality workmanship and follow manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop
• Assist in vehicle inspection and road tests
• Update job cards and service records accurately

✅ Key Skills Required:

• Technical knowledge of two-wheelers (both BS6 & EV preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Team coordination (for Service Manager)
• Time management and attention to detail
• Communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)
• Customer-centric mindset

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Technician: ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical with 1–3 years’ experience
• Service Manager: 3–5+ years in a service leadership role (automotive/two-wheelers)

Two-wheeler license is mandatory for both roles
