Service Manager

Oversee complete service operations of the workshop

Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff

Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations

Monitor daily job cards, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT)

Achieve service revenue and CSI targets set by management/OEM

Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and first-time fix

Implement and follow OEM service standards and processes

Control warranty claims, rework, and repeat complaints

Manage spares availability and coordination with spares team

Conduct training, performance reviews, and discipline of staff

Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Prepare daily/monthly service reports for management
