Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Maintenance

○ Install RO, UV, and softener systems at customer sites.

○ Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, and cleaning.

○ Test and calibrate systems after installation.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs

○ Diagnose and fix leaks, pump failures, and electrical issues.

○ Replace faulty parts (filters, membranes, motors).

○ Provide quick on-site solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Support & Education

○ Explain usage and maintenance tips to customers.

○ Handle complaints with professionalism.

○ Maintain a friendly approach during service visits.

4. Documentation & Reporting

○ Record service calls, repairs, and feedback.

○ Report daily updates to the service manager.

○ Ensure compliance with company service standards.

Requirements

● 2-3 years of experience in water purifier/softener servicing (freshers with ITI/12th pass can also apply).

● Knowledge of RO, UV, UF, and softener systems.

● Mandatory: 2-wheeler + valid driving license.

● Languages: Kannada & Hindi.

● Willingness to travel locally. Salary & Benefits

● ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on interview).
