Job Title: Shift Manager – QSR (Samosaparty)

Job Description:

Samosaparty is looking for a dynamic Shift Manager to lead and manage daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence at our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide store staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse and purchase teams.
• Prepare and share shift reports with management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of QSR or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
