Role: Shift Manager
Location: New Bel Road(Bangalore)
Experience: 2–5 years (Retail/Production environment preferred)
Reporting To: Store Manager / Cluster Business Manager
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure smooth workflow during shifts. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise daily store operations & staff activities
✔️ Maintain quality, safety & process standards
✔️ Handle customer queries & escalations
✔️ Track performance & report to management
✔️ Ensure smooth coordination between teams
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or relevant retail experience
💪 2–5 years of supervisory experience
💬 Strong communication & decision-making skills
📊 Good with MS Office / ERP systems
🕓 Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
