Shift Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the assigned shift by leading the team, maintaining high safety and service standards, and ensuring compliance with Shell operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site operations and staff performance during the shift.

Ensure safe fueling practices and adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards.

Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and shift reconciliation.

Maintain product and stock accuracy; report discrepancies immediately.

Ensure excellent customer service and quick issue resolution.

Support team motivation, discipline, and shift handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum PUC / Graduate preferred.

1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or fuel operations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Integrity, discipline, and customer-focused attitude.

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
