Dimension X Staff Member, you will be the face of the arcade — ensuring guests have an exciting, safe, and enjoyable experience. You will handle customer interactions, manage game stations, assist with technical or billing issues, and maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the arcade area.

• Assist guests in using VR headsets, arcade machines, and simulators safely.
• Guide players through gameplay instructions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ensure all customers have a fun and memorable experience.
• 💸 Billing & SalesHandle ticketing, billing, and payments efficiently.
• Promote game packages, combos, and ongoing offers to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash and digital transactions.
• Work with the manager to meet monthly sales and performance targets.
• ⚙️ Technical & Maintenance SupportPerform basic troubleshooting on arcade machines and VR equipment.
• Report technical issues promptly to the arcade technician or manager.
• Ensure all gaming equipment, headsets, and controllers are sanitized and in working order.
• 🧹 Cleanliness & SafetyMaintain a clean and organized play area at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure guest well-being.
• Manage queue lines during busy hours and ensure smooth customer flow.
• 👥 Team CollaborationWork closely with other staff and the manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support team members during rush hours and special events.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and promotional activities.
