Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage our Shopify store, focusing on optimizing user experience and integrating e-commerce functionalities.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes aligned with our technical support strategies.
• Program\ configure and manage WhatsApp bots to enhance customer interactions and streamline support and sales processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online presence and customer service tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure all developments adhere to industry best practices and maintain high-security standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all integrations, automation, and processes perform effectively.

Necessary Skills:

Proficiency in Shopify Development: Experience in Shopify platform development, including theme customization, third-party integrations, and Shopify Liquid template language.

Programming Skills: Expertise| Know-how in relevant programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby for web development and bot programming | configurations.

Experience with Automation and Workflow Tools: Ability to develop and implement automated business workflows and technical support systems.

API Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating various APIs to create scalable and efficient automation solutions.

Web Application Optimization: Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
