Job Title: Showroom Sales Represantative (Automobile Showroom)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Sales Consultant to manage the complete sales cycle—from enquiry handling to vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide a seamless buying experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enquiry & Customer HandlingHandle customer enquiries received through walk-ins, telephone calls, events, portals, website, and referrals.
• Provide complete product information to customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Product, Finance & Insurance ExplanationExplain product features, variants, and technical specifications.
• Educate customers on schemes, finance options, and finance documentation process.
• Highlight the benefits of Insurance, Extended Warranty (EW), and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Sales Coordination & DocumentationMaintain follow-up records through tracking sheets and update Salesforce regularly.
• Submit daily sales reports to the Manager.
• Open Order Booking Forms and verify customer details.
• Check availability of stock (model, variant, colour) before confirming delivery.
• Pre-Delivery ActivitiesOn the delivery day, physically inspect the vehicle 2–3 hours prior to customer arrival.
• Coordinate for accessory fitment (if ordered) and verify installation.
• Ensure payment clearance at least 1 day before delivery and collect necessary corporate documents.
• Verify loan approval status, obtain Delivery Order (DO) from the finance company, and get clearance from Accounts.
• Delivery & Post-Delivery TasksComplete all delivery formalities including Insurance, Life Tax, and online payment processes.
• Be present during vehicle delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide all required documents to the customer upon full payment.
• Submit necessary documents to the RTA department for permanent registration, if applicable.
• Customer Satisfaction & Follow-UpVisit the customer after 20 days to ensure satisfaction.
• Seek referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
