Demo Executive (or Customer Delight Executive/Demo Sales Consultant) role at Electronics is a Field-based position focused on providing in-home demonstrations of smart home products and electronics. The company operates on a "try-before-you-buy" model in Bengaluru, requiring executives to visit customer locations to showcase products.

* Core Responsibilities

• In-Home Product Demonstrations: Visit scheduled customer locations (homes, offices) to demonstrate products like AI kitchen gadgets, smart vacuum cleaners, and IoT devices.
• Sales Consultation & Closure: Act as a consultant to help customers make informed choices, driving sales closures on the spot or through follow-ups.
• Demo Preparation: Ensure all demo kits are charged, functional, and properly curated for the scheduled visit.
• Customer Experience Management: Deliver an exceptional, "delightful" experience, building trust rather than using aggressive sales tactics.
• Cross-Selling: Recommend additional relevant, high-end electronics based on customer interests.
• Reporting & Feedback: Accurately update daily lead statuses, sales reports, and customer feedback for the management team.
