Helmets

Gloves & consumables

Exhaust systems

Luggage systems

Motorcycle accessories and parts. 

-Handle walk-in customers, social media enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Understand the customer’s motorcycle, riding style, and usage to recommend the right product, not just the expensive one.

-Actively co-ordinate with the Inventory & Operations team to report low stock levels, fast-moving products, and emerging customer demand trends and the motorcycle trends. 

-Work closely with the Marketing team to push relevant products, campaigns, launches, and offers to the right customer segment and to ensure bikers across the country are hooked. 

-Continuously learn about new products, brands, safety standards, and riding technology, while improving selling and communication skills daily.

-Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction, follow-ups, and long-term relationship building with riders.

Represent Gas and Gear at riding events, track days, product launches, and motorcycle expos across the country when required.
