Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers entering the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
  • Explain product features such as purity, weight, price, making charges, and offers to customers.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain proper display of jewellery in showcases as per showroom standards.
  • Ensure accurate billing and documentation for every sale.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Assist in stock handling, stock verification, and inventory control when required.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Follow company policies related to security, stock handling, and customer service.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery products and trends
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic billing/POS system knowledge
  • QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
  • Experience: 1–3 years in jewellery retail sales preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
