Showroom Sales & Operations Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Sales & Operations Executive to join our marble and granite showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and managing day-to-day showroom operations including service coordination, maintenance, housekeeping, and administration.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, and contractors.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable marble or granite options.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch and installation.
• Handle customer service and after-sales support efficiently.
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented.
• Oversee maintenance of lighting, air conditioning, and displays.
• Manage administrative duties like petty cash, stock records, and daily reports.
• Liaise with vendors for service, maintenance, and supplies.
• Support the Manager in smooth daily showroom operations.
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business.
• 2–5 years of experience in a marble, tiles, or building materials showroom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of marble/granite types, finishes, and applications.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or ERP software).
• Well-organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers in multiple languages.
• Multilingual candidates will be given strong preference.
