We are hiring Sales Executives to join our boutique jewelry store team. As a frontline ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving individual and team sales target

• Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable products
• Provide detailed information about jeweler, including craftsmanship, materials, and care
• Close sales confidently and contribute to monthly revenue goals
• Process billing transactions and handle post-sale follow-up for client satisfaction
• Maintain store hygiene, merchandise displays, and inventory presentation standards

Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals and ensure smooth operations

• Requirements Qualifications & Skills:1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or premium fashion/lifestyle brands
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques
• Familiarity with billing systems and basic CRM or customer follow-up tools
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance
• Basic knowledge of jewelry products and terminology is a plus
• Must be Fluent in English, Kannada and other regional language
