Site Civil Engineer

• Plan, design, and supervise construction of automobile showrooms, workshops, service bays, and warehouses.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
• Oversee civil maintenance of existing dealership/service center infrastructure.
• Supervise renovation and expansion projects.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure proper drainage, flooring (heavy load workshop floors), and structural safety for vehicle movement.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Strong understanding of structural design and site supervision
