Site Engineer — Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage on-site operations, supervise work progress, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site operations

* Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers

* Ensure safety guidelines are followed at site

* Check drawings and execute work accordingly

* Manage materials and site resources

* Prepare daily progress reports

* Solve on-site technical issues

* Ensure project completion within deadlines

* Coordinate with project manager and clients

Requirements:

* Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)

* 0–3 years experience (Freshers can also apply if required)

* Basic knowledge of construction/site execution

* Good communication & coordination skills

* Willingness to work on site

Preferred Skills:

* AutoCAD knowledge

* Site supervision experience

* Problem-solving skills

* Team coordination
