Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities and manage labor teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and implement them accurately.

Follow instructions given by the architect and project management team.

Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure proper material estimation.

Develop and execute Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and oversee reinforcement work.

Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.

Oversee civil construction tasks, including foundation, masonry, concrete work, finishing, and landscaping.

Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and daily work records.

Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
