Site Civil Engineer - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Prepare and review site reports, daily progress reports, and material consumption records
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Inspect construction works and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Manage and verify materials, equipment, and manpower requirements on-site
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Conduct site measurements and assist in billing and quantity verification
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications
• Ensure proper implementation of method statements and work procedures

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1+ Yrs Of Exp
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
