Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage interior fit-outs and layout execution for commercial/residential projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Handle end-to-end interior and layout work execution
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters
Ensure work as per drawings, BOQ & specifications
2. Layout & Marking
Perform site measurements and layout marking
Translate 2D drawings into on-site execution
Ensure accuracy in false ceiling, partitions, flooring layouts
3. Material & Vendor Management
Plan and track material requirements
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Monitor material quality and wastage control
4. Quality & Safety
Ensure site quality standards
Conduct regular inspections
Maintain basic safety compliance
