Site Engineer

Aurae Designss is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee all technical, organizational, and supervisory aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, acting as the main technical advisor on the site.

• Key Responsibilities - Technical Execution & Quality Assurance be as the main technical advisor on the site for subcontractors, supervisors, and operatives.
• Accurately set out, level, and survey the site, ensuring that the location and dimensions of all installations (above and below ground) are correct.
• Thoroughly check technical designs and drawings (e.g., blueprints, plans, and quantities) for accuracy and feasibility, resolving any discrepancies before work commences.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in strict accordance with the specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee quality control (QC), conduct regular site inspections, and manage the quality assurance (QA) documentation and sign-off process.
• Project Management & Supervision - Supervise, monitor, and manage the site labor force and the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
• Plan and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or site-related problems.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
