Job Roles & Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, on-site role as an Interior Site Engineer at WEA Design Pvt in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include:
• - Overseeing all on-site activities
• - Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• - Ensuring timely completion of projects
• - Maintaining quality standards
• - Adhering to all safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience on-site and managing projects of relevant scale and complexity
• Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and architects
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software, such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max, is a plus.
• Experience with interior projects in commercial spaces such as offices or retail environments is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Experienced

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
