Site Engineer

• Key Responsibilities

1.Project Planning & Coordination

Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

• Plan daily and weekly site activities and allocate resources (labor, materials, and equipment).
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise renovation, civil, and interior fit-out activities (e.g., demolition, masonry, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, joinery, MEP coordination).

• Monitor site progress and ensure that works comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure proper installation of finishes, fixtures, and furniture as per design requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. Quality & Safety Management

Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure high workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily progress reports, site photos, and work logs.

• Update project schedules and track work progress against timelines.
• Record material usage and submit requisitions for required materials.
• Prepare site measurement sheets for billing and contractor payments.

Qualifications & Skills

EducationBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• Experience 0–2 years of experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or civil construction projects.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or retail interior projects is an advantage.
• Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Familiar with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and team coordination abilities.

• Good communication and documentation abilities.
