Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities to ensure the seamless execution of interior projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior works.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors to align project requirements.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per company standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Verify drawings, BOQs, and ensure implementation as per approved designs.
• Manage site labor, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients for site updates, queries, and approvals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out/modular furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
