Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards.
• Monitor material usage and site inventory.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are followed at the site.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with architects/engineers when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Kannada language proficiency is required.
• Own bike is mandatory for site visits.
• Must carry a valid Government ID proof.
