Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Real Estate Valuation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in property valuation and market analysis.

The successful candidate will assist in conducting site visit for real estate properties, conducting research, and supporting senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site visit for real estate properties across specified location in Bangalore.
• The properties include Land, Building, Flats, Villa’s and Industrial assets and projects.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Civil.
• Basic understanding of real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Mandatories:

• Bike with valid License for Bangalore Location.
• Only for Boys
