Job SummaryThe Junior Site Engineer will assist in the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites. The role involves supporting senior engineers and project managers in site supervision, coordination, quality checks, and documentation to ensure projects are completed as per drawings, timelines, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution Support

• Assist in executing commercial interior works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture installation, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

2. Site Supervision

• Support senior engineers in supervising labour and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.

3. Drawing Understanding

• Study and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and interior working drawings.
• Assist in implementing work according to approved shop drawings.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Assist in resolving minor site issues with guidance from senior engineers.

5. Site Documentation

• Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and work updates.
• Assist in preparing measurement sheets and material tracking reports.

6. Quality & Safety

• Ensure work follows quality standards and safety guidelines at the site.
• Assist in conducting basic quality checks before work completion.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of interior fit-out works.
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and learn from senior engineers.
• QualificationDiploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior related field
