Role Overview: We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer who can independently handle day-to-day construction activities for a premium residential project.

This role is suitable for:

• Engineers who can manage labor on site
• Candidates comfortable working hands-on at construction sites
• Engineers who understand drawings, layouts, and execution

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work on site
• Understand architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and quality
• Maintain site progress updates
• Ensure work is executed as per plan

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–4 years site experience preferred
• Must understand drawings and construction language
• Kannada speaking preferred (for worker coordination)
• Smart, responsible, and proactive attitude

Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

(Based on experience and capability)

• Work Type: Full-time Site Role
• OR Freelance / Multi-site engineer (negotiable)
