Site Engineer

• Conduct site visits for construction, waterproofing, renovation & leakage inspections.
• Manage daily site execution, labour teams, and materials.
• Identify water leakage/dampness issues using detection tools.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

Site Visits & Inspections:

• Conduct regular construction site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
• Visit waterproofing sites to check material application, surface preparation, and curing processes.
• Attend renovation sites to inspect civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
• Perform water leakage detection inspections using tools such as moisture meters, thermal scanners, pressure tests, and more.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, standards, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, daily logs, and progress photos/videos.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Labour & Materials Management:

• Manage labour teams, allocate tasks, and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Supervise quality of workmanship and guide workers for corrective actions when required.
• Monitor material stock on-site; raise material requests and ensure timely delivery of required items.
• Check and verify materials used at site as per approved specifications.

Client Management & Coordination:

• Handle client interactions during site visits by explaining work progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
• Address client concerns professionally and provide on-site technical solutions.
• Coordinate between client, project manager, vendors, and design teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to clients regarding project status.

Quality Control & Safety:

• Ensure all works meet quality and safety standards as per company guidelines.
• Identify technical issues in advance and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure workers follow PPE and safety protocols.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily site reports, measurement sheets, material consumption reports, and work completion updates.
• Assist in preparing site quotations, work orders, and checklists.
• Provide input for billing, estimation, and closure documents.
