The Field HR Executive will be responsible for visiting Zepto Dark Stores regularly to engage with store associates (Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-charges), understand on-ground challenges, and analyze store-level attrition trends.

The role involves gathering employee feedback, identifying key drivers of attrition, and escalating insights to the City ER Leads for timely retention interventions.

The executive will also support employee engagement initiatives, monitor workplace conditions, and maintain store visit reports to help improve workforce stability and employee experience across assigned stores.
