  • Schedule and assign installation jobs to technicians based on location, skillset, and availability
  • Coordinate site readiness confirmation with customers before installation
  • Ensure timely execution of blinds and curtain installations as per project timelines
  • Track daily installation status and update internal stakeholders
  • Confirm installation dates and provide pre-installation instructions
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations professionally
  • Ensure post-installation feedback is collected
  • Liaise with sales team for order handover and installation details
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for material dispatch readiness
