Job Description
- A 1-year employment agreement will be applicable, and a 3-month retention period will also be enforced as per company policy.
- Coordinate daily excavation activities including machine movement, levels, and work sequence as guided by engineers.
- Prepare daily progress reports with photos, load counts, machine hours, and productivity details.
- Ensure site safety compliance and proper communication with operators, contractors, and authorities when required.
- Manage logistics such as vehicle entry/exit, dump yard movement, and diesel tracking.
- Act as the communication link between site staff, engineers, and management for smooth execution of work.
