Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor at Karmik Infra will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing labour teams, coordinating with vendors, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and quality standards, and maintaining daily progress reports. The role includes monitoring material usage, ensuring safety practices, checking workmanship for stonework, civil and landscape activities, and resolving on-site issues to keep the project on schedule. The supervisor must handle client and contractor coordination, maintain site cleanliness and discipline, and report regularly to the project engineer. Basic knowledge of civil/stone/landscape works, ability to read drawings, and strong communication and leadership skills are required.
