Job Title: Site Supervisor

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Qualification:

• Diploma / 12th Pass / B.Com or equivalent
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Location:To be confirmed before dispatch — candidate must ensure site location is verified before production dispatch starts.

• Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise site operations and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Confirm the customer site location before dispatch once production starts to avoid any delivery issues.
• Accompany or coordinate with drivers during delivery to ensure timely arrival and unloading at the customer site.
• Monitor unloading operations and ensure no delay occurs due to driver negligence.
• Maintain regular communication with the production and logistics teams.
• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met at the site.
• Prepare daily reports on site progress, delivery timings, and issues faced.
• Handle basic documentation and reporting related to site work.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed on-site.
• Skills Required:Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of logistics and site operations
• Ability to handle field responsibilities and manage drivers effectively
• Compensation & Benefits:Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

• May require travel to customer sites as per dispatch schedule
