Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution activities for residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with designers, vendors, carpenters, clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise interior fit-out work at site (modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.

Monitor daily site progress and maintain work quality.

Ensure proper installation and finishing.

2. Team Coordination

Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.

Coordinate with designers for clarifications and changes.

Communicate daily updates to management.

3. Material & Inventory Handling

Check materials delivered at site.

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Coordinate with procurement team for timely material availability.

4. Client Interaction

Attend site meetings with clients.

Handle client queries and maintain professional communication.

Ensure client satisfaction during execution stage.

5. Quality & Safety Control

Ensure quality standards are maintained.

Identify and rectify execution mistakes.

Maintain site cleanliness and safety practices.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

Maintain labour attendance records.

Update management on delays or issues.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Civil / Interior related qualification preferred.

2–5 years experience in interior site supervision.

Good knowledge of modular furniture installation.

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing coordination.

Ability to read technical drawings.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team handling skills.

Good communication (Kannada, Hindi preferred).

Problem-solving ability.

Time management and deadline focus.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting.

Performance Expectations

Projects completed within timeline.

Minimum site rework.

High client satisfaction.

Proper coordination between factory and site.
