Job Summary:M D Constructions is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor material usage and site safety practices
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers
• Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Diploma (Civil or related field preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in site supervision or construction projects
• Gender: Open to all
• Age: No age restriction
• Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to manage site workers and contractors
• Basic English communication skills
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Willingness to work on-site
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)
