Job Title: Site Supervisor

Reports to: Project Manager/Senior Site Supervisor

Location: [Construction Site]

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on our

sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are

completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Supervisor

will also be responsible for supervising site staff, managing subcontractors, and ensuring

compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring that projects are

completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Staff Supervision: Supervise site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other

tradespeople.

3. Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensuring that they comply with

company policies and procedures.

4. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting

regular site inspections and reporting any hazards or incidents.

5. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks, ensuring that work meets the

required standards.

6. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are

informed of project progress.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, including progress reports, safety reports,

and quality control reports.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or

related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2

years as a Site Supervisor.

5. Language: Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

6. Transportation: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler.Required Knowledge:
