Site Supervisor

We are looking for Site Supervisors for our upcoming projects at Bangalore.

Location: JP Nagar, Jakur, Kanakapura, Malleshwaram and etc.

Note: This is a contractual role with paid week offs (Sundays) and three national holidays. (Any leave above this will be considered as LOP)

Company will provide travel allowance apart from regular salary.

Upon completion of one year, performance will be evaluated, accordingly contract will be extended or on-role will be considered.

** Bike is Mandatory** Candidate has to manage two allotted projects at any given point of time.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Your are responsible to daily visit the allotted projects and supervise the contractors, labors, vendors.
• Daily monitoring of work by contractors as per the drawings.
• Material management & Monitoring is mandatory.
• Responsible for verify the fit & Finish as per the drawings.
• Weekly & Monthly update to project supervisor is mandatory.
• supervise difference vendors such as HVAC, CCTV, Interior designing vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ideal candidate with 3 -4 years of suitable experience and skills are eligible for this role.
• Bike is mandatory with valid license must.
• Experience in site supervision of any commercial projects will be additional advantage.
