We are seeking a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing installation projects, ideally in the signage or construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all signage installations including documentation works. This role requires a diploma in engineering or a related field, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site signage installation activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of installations.
• Inspect and ensure quality of signage installations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to maintain smooth operations.
• Document progress and prepare reports on installation activities for internal review.
• Qualifications:Diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably within the signage or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques for signage products.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in on-site environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage teams on-site.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
