Job Title: Skin & Aesthetic Therapist

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin & Aesthetic Therapist to join our dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will assist dermatologists in performing skin procedures, provide pre- and post-treatment care, and deliver high-quality aesthetic services with exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, laser hair reduction assistance, microdermabrasion, and other dermatology-supported procedures.

• Assist the dermatologist during in-clinic procedures (e.g., PRP, mesotherapy, laser, injectables).

• Maintain client records and ensure follow-up as advised.

• Conduct skin analysis and explain treatment plans and home care.

• Ensure hygiene and sterilization standards are strictly followed.

• Handle clinic devices and equipment with care and responsibility.

• Create a calm, positive environment for clients and ensure their comfort.

• Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in cosmetology / aesthetics / skin therapy.

• 1–3 years of experience in a dermatology, trichology, or aesthetic clinic preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.

• Knowledge of laser technology, facials, and aesthetic protocols is an advantage.
