Job Title: Social Media Manager/Associate/Executive & Influencer Marketing

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager/Associate/Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, planning content, working closely with the videography team, and overseeing influencer marketing activities. You will ensure that the brand's social media presence is always active, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Handle and manage multiple social media accounts across different platforms
• Regularly post content according to the social media strategy and calendar.
• Plan and organize content for social media using a well-structured content calendar.
• Collaborate with the videographer for planning and executing video content that aligns with the brand’s image and goals.
• Ensure the brand’s social presence remains consistent and up to standards across all platforms.

Influencer Marketing:

• Coordinate influencer activities from start to finish, ensuring all steps are executed smoothly.
• Develop a monthly PR budget for each brand and ensure activities are within budget.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and PR activities effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and manage ongoing partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset and ability to execute ideas effectively.
• Comfortable working with budgets and managing campaigns.
