Job Summary -

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, original, and brand-aligned content across multiple social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, influencer management and storytelling that drives engagement and builds community.

Key Responsibilities -

·      Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, etc.) across all social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

·      Develop creative ideas and campaigns aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.

·      Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams to maintain content consistency and ensure alignment with the brand’s tone and identity.

·      Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activities, and new platform features to keep the brand content relevant and engaging.

·      Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy customized for different platforms and audiences.

·      Track, analyse, and report on content performance metrics, deriving insights to optimize future campaigns.

·      Manage influencers as per campaign requirements - from selection and briefing to coordination, content approvals, and final reporting - ensuring deliverables align with brand standards and timelines.

·      Maintain a well-structured content calendar and ensure timely execution of all social media initiatives.

·      Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing software.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in video ideation, shooting, and editing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
