Job Summary:

Dr Heal Pain Cure Hospital is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the hospital’s presence on social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media pages, and promoting hospital services to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain hospital social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories related to healthcare, pain management, and hospital services.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Respond to messages, comments, and patient inquiries on social media platforms.
• Assist in running paid advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and reach.
• Work with the design and video team to create attractive content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
• Good communication and creative skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in social media management preferred.

Skills Preferred:

• Knowledge of Instagram reels, short video content, and trending formats.
• Basic understanding of Canva, video editing, or content creation tools.
