🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Media Manager who can handle end-to-end digital media operations

from content planning to execution, design, and performance tracking.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and execution-focused.

📌 Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media

• Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content
• Create reels, posts, and engaging creatives
• Write captions aligned with brand tone
• Schedule and publish content

2. Design & Creative

• Design posters, banners using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Create basic video edits (reels, short videos)
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity

3. Digital Marketing & Growth

• Run Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• Basic understanding of Google Ads
• Generate leads and improve reach across platforms

4. Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute campaigns for product launches and promotions
• Create simple funnels (Landing page → WhatsApp → Conversion)

5. Analytics & Optimization

• Track engagement, leads, and conversions
• Optimize content and campaigns based on performance
• 🛠️ Required SkillsStrong understanding of social media platforms
• Hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads
