Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow Zenve Hub AI’s digital presence across platforms. You will be responsible for content strategy, brand voice, lead generation, and engagement for jobs, internships, and company branding.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow social media platforms:
• 
  
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)
• Plan and execute daily content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
• Create and coordinate:
• 
  
• Job & internship hiring posts
• Campaign creatives (festivals, launches, hiring drives)
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions
• Coordinate with designers & video editors for creatives and reels
• Monitor performance metrics:
• 
  
• Reach, engagement, leads, conversions
• Handle DMs, comments, and lead redirection to HR/Sales teams
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta & Instagram preferred)
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Track trends, reels, memes, and viral formats relevant to hiring & youth audience
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth
• Content planning & storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of:

• Canva / Photoshop
• Reels & short-form video trends
• Copywriting for recruitment & branding
• Analytics & insights interpretation
• Time management & consistency
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in:

• Recruitment / HR branding / EdTech / Startup marketing
• Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to work with fast timelines and targets
• Portfolio or live social media pages handled (mandatory)
